Interventional Radiologist
Dr. Salman Mufti
Dr. Salman Mufti is a graduate from Rutgers University Medical School in NJ graduating with the highest honors and a former Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholar. He obtained his Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship training from Brown University in Rhode Island and has earned several publications, professional distinctions, and teaching accolades. He specializes in complex vascular and endovascular procedures, vein procedures, and minimally invasive procedures such as kyphoplasty and embolization. His special interests include complex PAD and fibroid treatments. Dr Mufti is performing new cutting edge treatments that involve minimally invasive procedures for knee and shoulder osteoarthritis, fibroids, prostates, hemorrhoids, and compression fractures of the spine. Dr. Mufti has previously practiced in Northern Virginia for more than 10 years and served as Chief of Vascular and IR from 2017-2020 in the Inova Health System. He has been named “top doc” for Washington and Northern Virginia Magazine twelve times. Dr. Mufti enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid golfer and tennis player and loves to hike.
Podiatrist
Dr. Michael Stott
As a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Stott completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Phoenixville Hospital Tower Health, with an additional credential in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
His clinical and surgical focus includes pediatrics, trauma, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, musculoskeletal injury prevention and treatment, treatment for neuropathy, wound care, and limb salvage. He has extensive experience in advanced bunion correction, having successfully performed over 100 Lapiplasty® procedures, leading to our Bel Air office designation as a Lapiplasty Centurion Center. Additionally, he has been involved in residency education through the MedStar Podiatry Residency Program at Franklin Square Medical Center.
He currently holds privileges at Franklin Square Medical Center, Bel Air Surgery Center, and Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Stott‘s patient care philosophy emphasizes comprehensive treatment, patient education, and empowering individuals to actively participate in their recovery and long-term foot and ankle health.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Stott enjoys spending time with his family, paddleboarding, and playing the guitar. He and his family reside in Harford County.
Podiatrist
Dr. Michael Presti
Dr. Presti is a board certified podiatrist who has been practicing in the Baltimore area for over 20 years. He brings a “family” approach to the care of his patients. Specializing in all aspects of foot care, he treats everything from toenails to complex bunion surgery (including Lapiplasties) and diabetic wound care. He prides himself on taking a conservative approach with his patients and treating the whole person.
He lives in Harford County with his wife, Christine, and two children, who are both in college. His interests are family, sports, music and travel, and he loves sharing stories and learning about his patients lives.
He is originally from Ohio, where he attended John Carroll University, then went to Chicago for Podiatry School. For his residency training, he started at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh and finished in Baltimore at GBMC and St. Agnes.
